Typical Project Lifecycle of a
Turnkey project
First 2 months
Start land acquisition and equipment orders (solar panels, racking, ground mounts) – about 10% of project cost.
Next 4 months
Prepare the site for installation, managing infrastructure, and material delivery during this phase, accounting for approximately 80% of the project cost.
Next 4 months
Execute installation, commissioning, and construct the substation, representing roughly 5% of the project cost.
Last 2 Month
Link the project to the grid, and bill for the final 5%.Handle operations and maintenance through a separate 3-5 year contract for the project.
